Dryland
Practice starts on Monday the 25th.
Dryland will be held three days a week for
Senior (7:00 pm) and Pre-Senior (6:30 pm)
groups. Swimmers should make all three and
NOT select one or two.

Our first meet is Sept. 30th in Lenoir for
everyone warm-ups at 8:00 am for everyone
entered. The Pumpkin meet in Huntersville
will be Oct. 28-29.

Please return all unsold books and/or payment to
the pool this week.
